In short

  • Rosterr's software, name and logo are ours. All rights are reserved.
  • You may mention Rosterr by name, but not use the logo or name to suggest we endorse you.
  • Workspaces and members own what they create.
  • Report infringing content to us and we will act on valid notices.

This summary helps you find your way. The full text below is what applies.

01The software

Rosterr's software, including the website, the apps, the Discord bot, the API and the in-game packages, is proprietary. It belongs to Mr L F Radford, trading as Nebula Technologies. All rights are reserved.

You may use it as the Terms of Service allow. You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows it.

Rosterr uses open-source libraries and fonts. Each keeps its own licence, and nothing here limits your rights under those licences.

02Our name and logo

The Rosterr and Nebula names, the Rosterr logo (including its raised second r) and the app icon belong to Mr L F Radford, trading as Nebula Technologies.

You may use the name to refer to Rosterr accurately, for example "our group uses Rosterr". You may not use the logo or name for another product or service, or anything that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

Use the official logo files without changes. Do not redraw, recolour or rearrange them.

03What you create

Workspaces and their members own the content they create. We only use it to run the Service, as the Terms of Service explain.

Roblox and Discord names, logos and content belong to their owners. Rosterr shows avatars and group details from Roblox only to identify people and groups.

04Reporting infringement

If you think content on Rosterr infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@nebulatechnologies.ie with:

  • your name and contact details;
  • the work you own, or a description of it;
  • where the infringing content is, as exactly as you can (the workspace, page, job listing or email);
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised;
  • a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or act for the owner.

We will review the notice, may remove or restrict the content, and will tell the workspace or person who posted it. They can reply with a counter-notice if they think we made a mistake.

We may suspend accounts or workspaces that infringe repeatedly.
