Questions
Does Rosterr cap how many staff I can track?
No. Every plan, Free included, tracks as many staff as your group has.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, for good, with no card needed. It includes activity tracking, sessions, the logbook, leave, the staff directory and the Discord bot. Pro lifts the limits on quotas, session types and job listings.
Will I lose my history if I leave Hyra?
No. The importer brings across your staff, past activity, logbook and leave. Every imported record is labelled with where it came from, and an import can be undone if something isn't right.
Can your team see my workspace?
Not for support. Before our support team opens your workspace or anything private in it, someone on your staff has to give them a support code from Settings. Your audit log shows when a code is used, and you can end the access early. The one exception is a trust and safety investigation, which only a senior admin can start, with a written reason that we keep on record.
