Questions
How do I get started?
Sign in with Roblox or Discord and link the other account, then create a workspace for a Roblox group you run. You need to be rank 25 or above in that group.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Pro starts with a 30-day free trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you won't be charged. Business has no trial and is billed from the day you subscribe. Manage or cancel either from Settings, Billing.
What if I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing is deleted. You keep everything you've created, but paid features pause and you can't add more beyond the Free limits until you upgrade again.
Can I self-host Rosterr?
No. Rosterr is a hosted service run by Nebula, so there is nothing to install, update or back up.
What happened to Nebula Staffr?
Nebula Staffr, our hiring platform for Roblox groups, is joining Rosterr. Hiring is now built in: jobs, applications, team review, a public job board, careers pages and talent profiles. If you use Staffr today, your jobs and applications are moving across.
What does Business add?
Business includes everything in Pro, plus your own Discord bot, your own domain (such as staff.yourgroup.com, open only to your workspace's members) and your own branding with no Nebula wording.
