Trust and privacy
Your group's data is yours
What we can see, what we can't, and how we treat you if something goes wrong. In plain words, with the formal versions linked.
Support needs your code
Our support team can't open your workspace until someone on your staff makes a one-time code in Settings, Support and gives it to them. A code has to be used within 30 minutes, works once, and gives that one person an hour of read-only access.
Only the owner or an admin can give a code that lets support change things or see billing. You can end the access early from the same screen.
The one exception is a trust and safety investigation, such as a report of abuse. Only a senior admin can start one, and only with a written reason that we keep on record.
An audit log you can read
Your workspace keeps a record of what changed and who changed it. It also shows when a support code was made, used or ended.
Our own team double-checks
Before anyone on our team approves a sensitive change or opens billing, they confirm it's them with a code sent to their Discord. Billing closes again after 5 minutes, so an unattended laptop doesn't leave it open.
Fair enforcement
A person reviews every automatic suspension. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal, and a different person has to confirm the first reviewer's decision. Suspending something never deletes it.
The rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Your data, when you want it
Download a copy of your data from Settings, Privacy and data, and delete your account from the same place. What is removed and what stays with a workspace is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Who we work with
Every company that handles data for us is on the subprocessors list, with what they do. Where one stores data outside the UK, the Privacy Policy says which safeguard covers it.
Open about problems
See whether Rosterr is working right now on the status page. When something breaks, we tell you what happened.
